Shipping Policy
We ship to every country available through our distributor. Our distributor handles all shipments and the production of products once an order is placed. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us via email with your order number and we will work with them to make it right.

We ship products to most countries, but there are a few exceptions due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
Currently, we don’t ship to:

Belarus

The Gaza Strip region in Palestine (free palestine, inshallah we will ship there soon)

Ecuador

Cuba

Iran

Syria

North Korea
Because of the ongoing war in Ukraine, shipping is very limited. For now, we can only deliver to Ukraine orders that are fulfilled in our Latvian facility.
The same restrictions apply to Kosovo; we only ship products from our Latvian facility, and the available products are limited.
